So…….I have decided to do something both scary and exciting.
Life is all about challenging yourself and pushing your limits. So, I’m making a vow to myself and my body.
I’m dedicating one year (and hopefully the rest of my life) to taking care of my body and being fit and I’m inviting you all on this journey. This means, every single week I’ll give you guys updates on my fitness journey, how I’m doing and what my challenges have been.
I’ve gone full fitfam before and achieved my goal (even though I gained back all the weight). And I don’t want this to be a repeat of that.
I’m particularly trying to break my excessive snacking and junk food eating habits, which I know won’t be easy but I’m ready to put up a fight.
I also want to focus on being more active. I don’t move around a lot😭. Once I have my phone and laptop charged I’m good for the rest of the day and that’s definitely going to get worse seeing as I’m done with uni and unemployed.

My main goal isn’t losing weight, I just want to be healthy and if I happen to lose weight along the line then that would be pretty awesome.
For ‘before and after’ purposes, here is a picture of me in my current state.
I don’t believe in New Years resolutions so this is going to be more of a life change but I’m pumped for the new year and excited to push my body to new limits.
